We want everyone to be able to use ConnectsMaster, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We have not yet completed a full audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have done
Forms, buttons and menus can be used with a keyboard, and focus is visible.
Form fields have labels, and error messages are shown as text next to the field.
Text and buttons use colors chosen for readable contrast.
Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; icons used for decoration are hidden from screen readers.
Pages use headings and landmarks so they can be navigated with assistive technology.
Dialogs, including the cookie banner, can be reached and closed with the keyboard.
Known limitations
Dragging leads between columns in the contractor app needs a mouse or touch; the stage menu on each lead does the same thing with a keyboard.
The calendar view of the schedule in the contractor app is dense on small screens; the jobs list shows the same information.
Two-factor setup uses a QR code; the setup key is shown as text as an alternative.
Report a problem
If something on our site or app is hard to use, email support@connectsmaster.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will offer another way to get what you need while we fix it.
