Venezuela’s Communications Minister Freddy Nanez stated the state’s Venezuelan Basis for Technological Analysis reported two earthquakes with magnitudes of three.9 and 5.4.

Nanez stated the stronger of the 2 rocked Barinas state, with the second occurring in Zulia state. He didn’t deal with the quake recorded by the USGS.
